How long does shipping take?
Nationwide delivery within Ghana takes 24-48 hours. International shipping via DHL takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges within 7 days if the lace is uncut and the hair is in its original, unmanipulated state.
Can I bring my own hair for installation?
Yes! We offer professional wig installation and revamping services for both Delali's units and hair purchased elsewhere. Please book an appointment through our Services page.
How long will my raw donor hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, our premium raw donor hair can last 3-5 years. We recommend bringing it in for our professional Deep Cleansing & Revamp service every few months.
